Is my system required to play nba2k13?

Hi guys, i'm a newbie here. I would like to ask you something.
when i run nba2k13 it's so lag but when i adjust everything to low, the lang reduces a little bit. This is my laptop specs:

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4300@ @2.10GB GHz
Installed memory(RAM): 4.00GB(2.91 usable)
System type: 32-bit
Display adapters: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I think the problem is the display adapter, what should i do? Thanks guys, I hope you can help me

You need a laptop with a better video card, plain and simple.

You will need to find out if your laptop has an expansion slot for a video card upgrade. Most of them don't. What is the make and model of your laptop?

Sorry but it is impossible to upgrade an integrated video on a laptop. Only option is to buy a better laptop.
