2k14 association - in 2k13 of course

I am a big fan of association mode but now that the season has ended and many teams have made changes I want to play the upcoming season. I am not sure if anyone is doing this or wants this yet or if it can be done. What I want is to set up an association move for the upcoming season.
Getting together the roster wouldn't be to difficult, I think something close could already be out there. But I wouldn't know how you would apply it.
Maybe after simulating through the first season controlling roughly close to the past season. Then replace the roster with the new one with the roster editor.
Or for the sake of sharing this with others, how could we set it up so the player can choose a team to play?
Pardon my lack of know how when it comes to custom content with this game.
So, anyone already have plans to do this or should I attempt this eventually?

Use NBA 365Rosters. They have up to date rosters and it will start your association with the coming season

As far as starting in the 2013/2014 season is concerned though, that can't be done.
