Increasing MyCareer Teammate Minutes

I want to increase a teammate's minutes on the bench, he's only getting like 4 minutes a game. I've tried Rozj's Turbo 1.21 but there's no option do so on that program. Is there any other program that I could use to increase MyCareer teammate minutes?

I don't think that using a program like the Turbo Editor is such a great idea, as it can stuff up your MyCareer. I know this might not be the answer you want, but talking to the GM and asking for your teammate to get more minutes often gives them at least another minute or two. This of course, depends on how good you are and what you player is rated.

I did and he added only like 4 minutes to his playing time. He's supposed to be the 6th man on the squad. And thanks for the response anyways! Still looking for something program that could help with this.
