Looking for a roster (may not exist), looking for direction.

Thu Jul 11, 2013 1:35 am

I just recently picked up a pc copy of 2k13 after playing on ps3 the past few games and I always seem to get bored this time of year.

What I'm looking for is probably too much to ask for (and I'm open to creating this if I can get pointed in the right direction), but basically it's this:

I want to have the game start in like 2001 and then have each draft class loadable with the right players (I understand draft order would never be accurate). I figure if you started an association around 2001 you'd have enough time to get settled for the upcoming drafts.

I just get super tired of all the computer generated rookies when playing and I figured playing association mode with real players would be fun.

Has anyone created this? I saw in the 'hidden in 2k13' thread that there are draft classes from '00-07 (why does it end at 07 lol?)

Any help would be appreciated!

There are a lot of Draft Classes from that era available in our Downloads section along with a 1997/1998 roster. That's probably about as close as we've got at the moment. Now that the RED Modding Center is out though, we should hopefully be seeing more big retro season mods. :)

those are the old Draft Class Teams, which were discontinued in 2K8 iirc. So they are logos that are just leftover, not actual draft classes.

I would recommend the Ultimate Base Roster & 2K12 for the fullest experience, I mean, they have stuff going back to the 70s iirc for each year.
