NBA 2K12 questions belong in the NBA 2K12 section, but all art updates should be placed in the main NBA 2K12 folder.

Jersey updates for NBA Live 08 are placed in the sgsm\uniforms folder under the main game folder if they are in .viv format. If they are in .fsh format, they simply go in the sgsm folder. Jersey preview files (which will be in .big format) are also placed directly in the sgsm folder.

NBA 2K12 should work fine in Windows 8. Manni has already confirmed that he's able to run NBA Live 08 in Windows 8.
