Using Photoshop you can do several methods.

Method 1: open your bhead in your photoshop, if you save your file in jpeg, bmp or png format, you can see on "layers tab" the background is lock. Now double click the picture, you can see the option "name: layer 0" click OK. Now you can see the picture is already open on "layer tab". Right click-Select Layer Transparency-Then copy-Click Add layer mask-Go to channel tab-Go to the bottom part-You can see "LAYER 0 MASK"- Click on the eye on left side beside layer 0 mask-Then paste! You can see the whole image looks invincible but don't worry that's normal. Now save as whatever name you want, and do forget to save your work using "PNG" format only. Use FshX open- then type the name that you save, import- save. And your DONE!

Method 2: you need a photoshop DDS plug-in, just google it. Load you bhead -Select all-Then copy-Go to channel tab-Click create new channel-Paste it to Alpha 1-Save as DDS DXT3 ARGB (Explicit Alpha)-Then import using FshX. And that's it!
