JaoSming has posted several tutorials, so you'll need to be more specific than that if you'd like further help and pointers.

I bought the Gamestop version of 2k13, where i just download it to my computer. Will i still have all the files where i am able to mod it?

Can I put custom logos on uniforms and/or on the courts for created teams?

yep, just edit the logo1###.iff file that corresponds to the custom logo you already assigned them, or edit the roster to have it reference a different logo iff file

Will I be able to put my team name on the uniforms?

you make it look like whatever you want it to look like. If you want to use the CAT colors though, you need to make your letters or design in the red/green/blue shades you'll see when you open the file. The game will recolor them correctly.

once it is in GIMP, its just image editing. Making the texture look how you want it to look in game

Hey Jaosming, I'm over at OS making an Summer League 2K13 Mod for the Xbox 360. I am running into some freezing (when I load it up). So what I did to the file was, I changed the graphic ID's for the practice jerseys their Summer League Team HIDDEN GFID's (Basically added 100 to the GFID's that were already their so the 76ers GFID's for their practice jerseys was 100, Bobcats 131, Bucks 101, and so forth). And then I changed all the regular NBA teams to their GFID's that I put for their practice jerseys. So why does it freeze when I first load it up? Did I mess with the Graphic ID's too much?

yep, you did because the NBA Today stuff relies on the basic GID numbers. If they don't exist, the game crashes like that.

You would be better off either changing the jerseys tab GIDs to the NBA ones, or giving the normal NBA GIDs to the classic teams, so NBA Today doesnt crash everything.

Ok, so I gave the normal NBA GIDs to the classic teams and then it loads correctly, but then when I go to the main menu (Home) it freezes, is there anything I can do to solve that?

you may also need to change the teamtypes to the NBA type (0 I think?)

to be honest, I generally do not mess with GIDs because of this mess, which is why I suggested changing the jersey tab GIDs.

I did change the jerseys tab GID's. I changed all the practice jerseys GID's to the same GID I put for that specific team. Maybe it is because I didn't change the 3 Jersey types? Could that be it?

yes, you need to make them the same as normal NBA uniforms.
