Publishers of PS4 games, then, can do what's already done on existing PlayStation software: Limit or lock content behind online passes or redemption codes (or opt out of restrictions altogether), which differs from Microsoft's limited licensing of Xbox One software.
PS4 DRM Applies ONLY to online play...basically online passes. ALL games have single player DRM free
In addition to be region-free, we've now learned that that the system's 500GB hard drive can be removed and upgraded.

The PS Plus edition of DriveClub, revealed yesterday, will – according to Evolution – be the full version of the game in terms of features and mechanics.
However, it will launch with a cut-back number of tracks and cars.
This’ll mean that players will be immediately able to jump into the game, form clubs and compete online.
I asked whether that would mean more cars and tracks would appear as DLC to bulk up the game to the ‘full’ version but didn’t get an official comment.
The PS Plus version will be part of the Plus subscription.

You will be able to have multiple accounts on your PS4 be able to play online, as long as one account has a PS+ subscription.

You will also be able to play any games you download on your console through PS+ with other accounts on your console. So your family, wife/husband and kids can play your PS+ Free games on their own accounts as long as you have an active subscription.

Important for me since 2 years ago my two brother in laws and my wife and I did the family plan thing for Xbox Live, $100 for 4 accounts instead of $60 for 1.....except there were 2 Xboxes between us, so, good to know that free PSN users can piggyback PS+ ones on the same console.

Well that's great then, seeing how me and my brother play on our own separate accounts.
