Help with NLSC rosters

I seem to have trouble getting the NLSC save files even though i have installed both the full version and the roster only version for the NLSC roster update. I ran both installers with no crashes, then when i check my save directory the files aren't there.The sgsm files extract perfectly but it seems as if the save files can't write to the my documents folder or something. I tested everything in game and the jerseys and other things are fine so I am guessing it might be write protection for my documents or something. I am on windows 8 and have tried extracting it to my desktop and every other place to no avail.
I would appreciate it if someone could upload a zip that contains the files so i could just unzip the save files directly and bypass the installer to see if that works out.

Have you run a search for NLSC1213? If they've been misplaced, there'll be somewhere on the hard drive which means they can be moved to the correct place.
