Agreed. The series deserved a better, more competitive ending but overall still a good series to watch.

Would have been good if Game 7 went down the wire, but the Pacers could just not handle the ball.

Yes, it was really a pain to watch quarters 2-4.
The Heat are back in the finals for the 3rd consecutive year.
I still hole/think that Spurs could win it all.
Bosh should have similar problems against SA as he had against the Pacers and I don't think that the Heat will have that kind of an advantage in forcing turnovers.
Go Spurs!
PS: In my opinion Pacers lost the series by not winning Game 1.

At least this time they're facing an experienced team in the finals, the Thunder was too inexperienced and on the wrong side of the ref calls when it mattered most to have a chance.

I think that's fair. That was a huge opportunity missed in crunch time. Then again, there's no guarantee that LeBron wouldn't have made that big shot even with Hibbert out there. At the end of the day, so close but yet so far for the Pacers. Still a really good season for them.

The Thunder also matched up poorly and didn't adjust fast enough. Them trying to survive with two bigs on the floor (and then their bailout overcompensating by playing Derek Fisher) is part of what convinced everyone that type of lineup was over for six months or so.

Everything aside, I think everybody can come to the conclusion that look out for Paul George in the next playoffs. Very very bright future ahead for him.

Give him a break, 48 hours of tense waiting and fearing that the Pacers might eliminate the Heat could not keep him down so he was so relieved that they won Game 7.

No, clearly he isn't talkin' like that. He is just implying that if we can beat the Pacers with so many of our players struggling in the most part of the series, think of what will happen now that DWade has found his rhythm and maybe CB founding a better light at the end of the tunnel.

It's a game 7. I think being relieved isn't really to be noted like that.

To me it wasn't a great series, I don't care if it went 7. It was just ugly basketball, the Pacer offense was putrid, they were turning the ball over at an alarming rate and constantly making bone headed plays. The Heat were flopping, complaining and missing open looks all series. Bosh & Wade were Horrible. The East was incredibly weak this year but I'm not about to write off the Heat in the Finals. Everyone was writing off the Bulls in 98 when they barely beat the Pacers while Utah destroyed the west.
