Crazy sh!t has gone down...

Fri Jul 09, 2004 4:06 am

This week, a body was dumped a few miles away from my high school. A witness saw them and thought that the couple was dumping trash and went over to check. They found out that it was a body.

Well over the past couple days, the hunt has been on and guess who was convicted of the crime? My own next door neighbors, who live 20 yards from my house. :x They haven't been home in a week. Anyway, reporters have been all over my house asking questions and what not. The body was a friend of my neighbors. Nobody knows wtf happened and there is no trauma to the body at all. This is some crazy shit... My dumb little sister wants to be on tv and in the news so fuckin bad she says shit that she isn't even sure is true.

that's freaky

Maybe you folks have heard about this too...

I live in a little town in BC, Canada. And a couple years back, the greatest police investigation in the history of the province took place just a few blocks away from my house, and is still ongoing though in lesser magnitude. There's a pig farm (now the whole thing is notoriously dubbed "the pig farm"... kinda funky) at the outskirt of my town and allegedly upwards of 50 bodies of prostitutes are buried underneath the farmhouse. They've been digging, and they've found about 20 or so bodies so far, I think. The owner of the farm is being charged with 15 counts of manslaughter (or murder, not too clear on this due to my relative ignorance) and the charges are projected to pile up like the dead bodies. The 50 missing women were being searched for quite a long time previously, but no one expected all those cases to be related and to be concentrated in some farm in a little Lower Mainland municipality, so far away from Downtown Vancouver where the prostitutes were last seen. I mean, this is a place a few blocks away from where I live. The whole province of BC, not to mention the whole town was absolutely shocked. When the investigation just started, I remember it being just completely crazy. Everyone was talking about it everyday. Teachers would forget to teach classes discussing how the investigation is going. And the area around where I live was constantly on TV for many weeks. Really, this is some place that I've regularly walked or biked past without giving it any thought. Some of the people I know had actually being to the farm. The whole thing was just completely mind-blowing for me. Of course, it's being two years and things have more or less died down for quite a while, but I know I will never forget "the pig farm" as long as I live.

man.. that pigfarm thing was so huge... that even someone as ignorant as me had heard it.... :( it must've been hell to live so close to it only to find out its a prostitute burial ground... that guy is just sick... fuck :x

anyways... i live in burnaby... it's not like a woods area or anything like that... just a residential area with townhouses and houses... but i've seen coyotes running on the street outside my house, twice

no murder here though

oh yeah... and some italian dude from my highschool went missing around 2 years ago, and his clothes were found under a bridge.... not his body though... he was still mentioned as "missing" in our grad ceremony...

and that's pretty much it... :?

I live in probably the worst town of the whole country. The murder numbers and drug usage and alcohol usage are the highest in the country when compared to the town's population (60,000)
you hear something everyday, from the papers or smth!!!
My friend has been fighting against skinhead and one of his friends was stabbed. He didn't die though. And everybody's drinking, man it's just sick.

Fri Jul 09, 2004 11:39 pm

EMINEM - WHITE AMERICA !!!

man ppl r sick....sick sick sick....we should all be like Barney and Kermit the Frog....or all be like the Muppets :( ....then this world will be such a great place....no corruption and sickoz

*takes muppet pill*

Freaky stuff

Here everything is so calm... I leave my car on the street, in front of my house... Been doin' that for like 3 years... Nobody ever touched my car... Once I came home drunk as hell and left the car unlocked, windows open... Two days after I went over it to ride it to school and was shocked to see it was the same way I left it...

Sat Jul 10, 2004 9:40 am

Only sporadic stuff here..I'm in Lombard, IL, a suburb of Chicago...we can do stuff like Tales mentioned...everyone's rich here (not me), so we needn't worry... :)

Well here hardly nothing ever happens. Population of 25,000 and the worst that usually happens is something gets stolen. And where I live, sometimes it is 20 minutes between cars passing.

Sat Jul 10, 2004 9:45 am

That's probably cuz your car's too old Tales. :P

Just playing man.

Well, lotsa crime over here...our neighborhood is pretty much Turkish & Marrokkan dominated...their rep isn't too good over here. Just a few months back some kid was arrested for killing his teacher.

Hey, what can you expect from a country that sells weed legally eh?

Nah, the weed isn't much cause of chaos, it's sold in small amounts so nothing dangerous, just to calm some guys down. It's pretty freaky when you're standing at a tram-stop and you see this business man with a leather coat + nice shoes + a leather briefcase smoking a joint..

lol... I never thought murder could be this funny. Not that it's actually funny, but if you forget the fact that 50 people died it is. I guess I'm just a bad person.

Another Vancouver boy here, I remember all about the pig farm and that scrabby-ass Pickton fellow who did it. I live in West Van, almost nothing ever happens here other then drunk teens causing a ruckus. Anyways, I can remember 2 startling incidents. One was less than a year ago, a guy who was just strating grade 8 at a nearby school (not mine) sliced some guys throat over an argument about a cell phone. Apparently they were throwing it around back and forth then this kid snapped. He lived in a big house by himself and his parents sent him a monthly allowance of thousands of dollars. One day when he was supposed to bring something to English class that was special to him he brought an 8 inch knife. Motherfucker is hardcore for a 13-year-old Canadian from the suburb. I had actually met the guy about 4 months before this happened. Seemed a little weird.

Another is a story about two guys that went to my high school. They graduated in 93 I believe. They have been all over the news in recent years over a murder that the two of them conspired to do just after they graduated. The whole story is bizarre since these were two genius' who would've been millionaires as they scored within the top .5% or something of all Canadian graduates on final tests. One of them was in the top 20 of all Canadian's. They wanted some money so guy #1 is told to kill guy #2's family so they can pick up life insurance. The isurance policy was worth $500,000 CDN (about 350,000 USD or so) and the guy did it in his underwear with a baseball bat. I see their picture every day since our school has the class pictures of every graduating class on the hallway walls.

That's my stuff.

Like a month or so ago, these guys robbed a bank or whatever, and there was a police chase, and one of the three gave up, the other two kept going and hid in the Middle School 5 mins from my house... (I can clearly see it). I heard sirens earlier, but then I was surpised when I turned on the TV and saw copters flying over the school heh, my friend was crossing the street there heading back to his house (his house is on the street of the middle school) and he almost got run over by them.. that guy...

Also my dad's third car (which he parks on the road because we have 2 other cars) once had it's windows broken out...

Also when I was little (like about 7 years ago) my dad's 'previous' 3rd car, a Celica was always parked on the road. It had new wheels for its time, expensive, nice looking etc etc (think of spinners or the like). Then one day, the Celica was just jacked. It just wasn't there one day, and it never came back since... that was my favorite car too (although I only rode in it about 5 times hehe).. so sad.

Well my neighbors were caught yesterday in Michigan. The male has been charged with 1st degree murder and his wife is being treated for attempted suicide. Man, this means even more reporters!

My dad had a dream last year that there were going to be reporters everywhere. He said he dreamed of lots of reporters and trucks and camara's. Last week he realized it was gonna come true, except for the fact that we didnt have as many reporters as he had dreamt. Now it seems that we willl, because this thing could go national. :x

The woman that was killed and dumped was either suffocated or strangled.

Here we go again... :furious:
