does the nba live 13 is compatible with nba live 08? and why does the player in nba live 08 when i press the Shoot button it releases two times than the normal one .? tnx

There is no Live 13 as Stress Fracture has stated and there is no TUP 13.As far as your second question,I have no idea what you are talking about.

There's no move to be performed by pressing the Shoot button twice, unless you're referring to tapping it first to perform a fake.
