Hey Jao, I am over at OS working on a NCAA College Hoops 2K13 PC to Xbox 360 conversion mod, and I converted it from PC to Xbox 360 easily. The problem I am having is, 3 things

1) How do I get all 30 teams to wear a CAT jersey?

2) How do I get all 30 teams to play in a CAT arena (with the court having their team colors)?

3) What should the GID be for all 30 teams?

1 - in the jerseys tab enable usecustomcolors by changing it from a 0 to a 1, you do not need to change usecustomnumbers
2 - either change all their arenaIDs in the teams tab to 78 (the first CAT arena with s800 and f800) or change all the arenas to use that court and floor.
3 - GID should be different for each team so staff and uniforms work properly. And so you can have different logos for each team.

Ok, one more question, is there any way I can give each team a CAT jersey, in the REDitor without going in-game?

yes, its all done by editing that Jerseys tab, choosing a CAT uniform uh1000-1011 and making that column i mentioned a 1 instead of 0

Can you change the order of the teams in selection or not? Because it doesn't feel like you can yet.

Then again, I tried manually fixing the order by changing the values in the Teams tab. Worked fine but the Blacktop mode will recognize the team in its older slot. For example, changing the Heat and Hornets will work but in Blacktop they would wear the other's jerseys.

I tried other modes and I believe it's only the Blacktop mode that's affected by it.

The team with the lower ID shows up first. So in the menu it goes Team ID (the grayed out number on the far left) 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

So it depends on the order of the teams in the tab.

Hello Vlad

I'm so sorry for bothering you, but I've purchased a license almost 30 hours ago and I want to know if you received my order. My email is carlos_alberto_41@hotmail.com , and if you need something like my registration user name and my password, just tell me, then I send you via PM. Thanks a lot.

EDIT: Ignore this. Thank you Vlad

Yeah that's why I just changed the information opposite the TeamIDs because the TeamIDs can't be edited. However, I did find out that editing the players also make them wear the former team's jerseys so changing the order of the teams is definitely not to be encouraged so far.

I got a couple of questions.

1.) Do the dlc jerseys from NBA 2k12 work in NBA 2k13?

2.) How do I make teams have only the home and away jerseys?

My 90-91 Roster is coming along great so far.

The RED editor is a great tool, there's no doubt about it. (Y)
But I have encountered a problem that I do not know how to solve.
My edited roster keeps crashing.
First it all went well.
Then I noticed that it didn't autosave and it crashed and disappered from the saves folder when I tried to save manually in the game.
After some more editing (only small rating stuff)it got worse.
Now I can only load it but if I try to start it in quick game it crashes while loading up.
I can load it in a season and play but I do not want to start a season before I know that all is ok.

I have worked on a personal roster that has the base from the 2K13 original (NBA 2K13 Roster & Online Data 4.27.2013).
Then I copied different stuff from Albys and xianpauL, used some of their philosophies when creating my own roster for only personal use.
Also changed some things that I liked myself.
I am not a modder, to unproffessional for that, but I greatly appreciate all you guys that are - this site and the work that all the modders and contributors put in.
It has given me and my son immense joy.

Bought all the rights I could for PC so I guess that's not an issue.
A bit lost here - any suggestions? :?

remove the - between the numbers (2012-13) that will help the autosave. only do that when you want to lock a roster from editing or saving!

Yeah, I figured that when you asked me - thanks!
The autosave now works but it crashes when I tried to start a quick game anyway

That means your roster isn't one of the current online rosters by 2k or something is corrupt in the roster file causing that to happen. I had that happen to me with a few rosters and each one seems to be different. only thing I could suggest is to start with a clean roster base and copy and paste each tab one by one until it's all in the new base. the corrupt tab will tell you which one it is when it starts crashing again, that what I experienced. good luck!

Yeah, thanks man - it should not be so difficult.
I saved my "last but one" roster with almost all done and it's working, also edited with RED editor so it wasn't the editor who was at fault - it was me (surprise, surprise- not!)

Yeah, this year rosters are a bit tricky. there very temperamental, one wrong thing corrupts the file!

Is it possible to edit the colors on NBA jerseys for the XBOX 360?
Example: Yellow Chicago Bulls Jersey/ Red Boston Celtics Jersey

Re: [Tool] RED Modding Center (Current v. 1.1)

you can try it by enabling custom colors for that uniform, but you will need to deal with the overlayed logo issue on the 360.

2.) How do I make teams have only the home and away jerseys?

Assigne an unused GID to the rest of the jerseys, so they won't be used by any team.

I changed the order of the teams and the only problems I have is the schedules are now switched around and the player cards are messed up. It lists the wrong team.

Ok, I'm playing the XBOX 360 version, I'm trying to edit the Thunder to the Seattle SuperSonics. (Already made them Seattle Sonics.) My problem is when I edit the Team Name (to SuperSonics,), and the AudioIDs, they can be edited and saved perfectly fine, but when I load it up, it freezes. Is it because the file I'm using has been previously hex edited using HxD and Leftos Tool?

Re: [Tool] RED Modding Center (Current v. 1.1)

possibly, try it on a new official roster and see if it crashes or not.
