Just in case you haven't seen the main page or the support thread in the Roster Patch Issues forum...
Elsewhere, I wrote:I apologise once more for keeping everyone waiting, but the wait is over - here is the first offseason roster update for NBA Live 2004.
New in v1.08:
- 2004 Offseason Rosters updated through July 5th, 2004
- Nearly all of the 2004 draftees added (only a couple of second rounders left to go)
- Final 2003/2004 season rosters (including playoff rosters)
- A lot of player ratings and positions updated for better substitution patterns
- A lot of player ratings updated for better simulated and in-game performance
You can download the update here. As always feedback is most welcome, especially for the 2004 draftees.

Thanks. Remember, those rookie ratings are estimates based on scouting reports. I'm sure that several corrections will be in order.

Nah I don't think so... if you move Nash to the Suns I think they drop a few points.
Overall is based on starting lineup and not by the team. Dirk, Finley, Nash, and Walker are an impressive group of 4. Take Nash away from that, add Daniels into the starting lineup, and then making Devin Harris a PG instead of a SG will reduce the Mavericks down a bit. They're still pretty hard to beat though.

You should open slot 000. It says 2004-2005
If not, you could probably installed in the wrong dictory.
If so read the readme
