LAG 2k13 PC

Recently , whenever I play 2k13 on my laptop , there will be lag and the font in the game is blurry( Not HD ) . My FPS right now is around 20-25 even with lowest settings , I used to use medium settings and fps is around 30-40 .

-Video Graphic : AMD Radeon HD 6300M Series
-Processors - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz
-Directx 11 .
- 8gb RAM
- Window 7 Home Premium 64bits .

Possibly because the resolution isn't your default one.

Sounds like your laptop is heating up and when it does that the cpu lowers its frequencies to prevent damage to the processor. Invest in a laptop cooler, or put a fan next to it, blowing on it.
