MyPlayer issues?

I have been playing MyPlayer mode for a while now and everything is smooth.
Now I am stuck because the game crashes after the press conference and I can move on from there.
Anyone out there face this problem before and have any remedies?

Is there any other information you can give us about the situation? Any error messages, how far along you are into your career, etc?
