Help after re-installing NBA2k13

I reformat my PC and re installed my NBA 2k13 after installation and log in to my existing MY Player Account to start the Game,, then it says My CD-Key has already been used pls. log in to Nba2k.com to retrieve your account information, after retrieving the information, and fill in the information required, still i could'nt start the game.. pls.. HELP! what's wrong..

This is a well-known issue with NBA 2K13, 2K didn't exactly make it easy for reinstallations this year. The only solution is to contact 2K Support so they can issue you with a new CD key.

go to support.2k.com make an account and post a request, i asked for a new cd key and they gave it to me but you have to send them some requirements first, got my new cd key in less than a week,pretty fast service

Guys I have a problem. My player doesnt show in nba2k.com . No that is makes a difference because I play on PC and I don't have the luxuries console gamers have, but I would like to see my stats on the website. How can I do that?
