is it possible to start in the team you want on my career mode
for example i want to be drafted in to Brooklyn
is this possible?

If you perform at a level that's likely to raise or lower your Draft stock to the point where you're available for your preferred team to pick you and they are interested in you, then you've got a good shot at being drafted by them. In pre-Draft interviews with other teams, you would obviously have to indicate that you are not interested in playing for them, so that they steer clear of you. You could also ask for a trade after you've been drafted.
