I did contact "2k Support" late last week, both by phone and email. The person on the phone just referred me back to the troubleshoot list they sent me per email last week. I have tried to load the game onto another PC but was not able to get it to work. They also closed out my ticket claiming that there is nothing else they can do for me. How's that for support????

I can play MLB2k12 PC and access data pon 2kshare and join leagues but can no longer do anything with NBA2k13 PC. I rarely play online. I just want to at least get their roster updates with the right coaches.

duke2020, I suggest along for a new CD key. That seemed to be the answer for people with the issue of not being able to contact the 2k server.

Bug description: I scored 86 points with 25 treys but after the game, I looked at the game stats and it showed that I only scored 76 points with 15 treys.
Platform: PC

Have you used any trainers to modify your MyCAREER game at all?

I used cheat engine to hack the skill points and REditor to assign a cyberface. It happened again just now. This time, I scored 81 also with 25 treys, but after the game, it only showed 71 with 15 treys.

if you hack and mess with the game outside what is normally allowed, you shouldnt be surprised if it is screwing up...

Indeed. It's not a bug if it's the result of modding.

So I've been checking in the web and seems I'm not the only one and it's a serious 2K glitch.
3rd year in Mycareer mode, I sit with the GM to discuss the contract extension, and when I accept their offer, game crashes to desktop.

Any workaround for this?
Because when I get to the free agency my current team does not offer me a new contract (even if I am a 2 times MVP) so I'm forced to pick another team (which I don't want).

In the last two days when I've tried to upload a video clip, the screen goes black after the loading screens and my PS3 freezes.

Uploading photos works fine though.

Can You plz help me? I play on PC and after 24.02.2013 my online last 10 games stats doesn't upgrade,also i don't see how many players are online bc stat show "3 players online".
I can play online and see there are many more players but whats going on with the stats? Does anybody has this problem also?
I wrote to 2k support and the respond from them was that its problem with my computer,maybe you guys know how to fix this.

Can somebody please help me figure out how to use this Radeon Pro app to get Ambient Occlusion on 2k13? I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. The second I create a profile for it, I don't even have to mess with the settings, the game doesn't load. When the profile gets deleted then it works.. I have the game on steam. Not sure if that matters.

Quick question

Has anybody had any issues with loading hex edited rosters while on xbox live? I was working on a massive project but I had xbox live on. I went from one hex edited roster (one of barocks) and then loaded my roster with hex edits, and then the game froze on me while loading the roster. I had backup files on my hd and usb but those won't load either. Any suggestions? Very frustrated

Hey guys. The problem is that after some hours ( a lot ) i lost the blue circle under the player you control and if i want to play on blacktop with my friend its rly hard to control the teammates. If you can help you will rock. I didnt use some trainers cheats mods etc. Here are 2 pics to see what i mean.

Hey, something is wrong with my mycareer profile. When I used FSN scoreboard, on my last game, it turned out great, but when I simulated to the next game, it had same logo that my team has. I play for the suns, and when I was up against the portland trailblazers, the blazers was using my logo instead of theirs. I tried it two times on 2 backed up files and it's same result. PLZ HELP!

Bug description: When using a mod involving user created CFs, Jerseys, Courts, the textures do not load properly for some players or teams. (White arms, no head for players, or court all black, with only the players visible, jerseys all white)

Platform (PC/X360/PS3): PC

Game Mode: Any, also in Edit Player

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: I haven't seen any accounts of this happening to other people, but I'm guessing its because the CFs and what not are custom?
