CTD Scoreboard

Well I have a problem when I want to install a scoreboard, no matter which I always feel the same, to load the user profile exits to the desktop and deleted the downloads folder that is in "roaming". I tried to protect newscorebug.iff write-file, the entire folder or even block the game in firewall and always the same, CTD.
Any suggestions, I'm desperate.
