Ha, just noticed a bug in CSN TV. "Bonus" text is not removed.
Will be removed in v1.1

I just open a game with CSN scoreboard, and I found that I can't select teams out of current 30, because there are only logo000.iff to logo031.iff

CSN TV -Team logos include 30 current NBA teams + West-East Allstars.

Here NBA 2k team ID's (year 2012). In 2013 it should be exatcly the same or similar.

1)
So, as an example, Bulls 2013 ID is 003. That mean it's logo file is logo.003iff
Classic Bulls 1986 ID is 551. Logo file would be logo551.iff
Delete (backup first) logo551.iff and make one more copy of logo003.iff and rename it to logo0551.iff

or
2) with 3DM tool open (as exmaple) logo003.iff, extract DDS file, open it with GIMP and save it to PNG file, open with any image editing application, and substitute to your old style logo, then open it with GIMP, save as DDS with DXT5 compression, load again logo003.iff with 3dm tool and import your DDS file, then don't forgt to save the file with 3DM tool.

or
3) for non existing teams like Seattle Supersonics I could make logos if their is a request, but I will not go for all teams for sure

one good thin about the csn scoreoard it dosent have all the problams with the online data i just put it in the 2k13 folder and its good
but there is a bug all the teams logos are gone when they showing the teams winnig and losing in the biginnig of the match

Some flyouts uses the same logo files as for scoreboard. If I will find how to solve this conflict I will let you (but I doubt it is possible)

please help.... love your scoreboards but I can't seem to make it work. everytime I copy it on appdata, the game starts and then crashes immediately.

please help me why?

When exactly it crashes?
Where you live? (Country)

edited: forget living place, I just remembered everything in the file is binary, not decimal where some regional settings could be an issue

when I start the game before the main menu turns up, the game crashes. but when I put the original newscorebug.iff on appdata, the game runs but no scoreboard changes. still the same 2k13 scoreboard

You have some kind of a conflict. Disconnect from internet and copy newscorebug.iff to the main NBA2K13 folder at C..ProgramFiles/2K sports/NBA2K13. Also delete newscorebug.iff from the ..Users/Appdata/2ksports/nba2k13/onlinedata/.
If this does not help then reinstall the game or forget scoreboard. It is hard to fix remote without being able to see the whole picture

It works without the Online data folder, if you don't play online, you don't need it at all.

Seattle 96 is included to version 1.1. Can not add Dream team, usa 12 and celeb ecause I don't know which logo files they represent. If you find... i will make them

i only sign up for this website to say thank you for the TNT 2013,yes network and csn tv scoreboard for 2k13..finally there a person who did something different for this year addition beside making the same cf and stadium over and over again...although they're all appreciate...if you don't mind me asking you this question...what are the tool you use to make scoreboard for 2k13?..im very interesting in knowing..maybe i can help out and create a band new scoreboard on my own and share the mod with everybody who plays 2k games for the pc

Is it possible to make CSN scoreboard working like TNT 2013? I mean to make the empty scoreboard, and to insert logos of teams in photoshop, gimp and then making newscorebug.iff in 3D MOD We already have logos, so if you could make just .png file without logos

oh and can you make a video on youtube base on how to put the tnt 2013 team logo in the tnt scoreboard..on that gimp program...i can not save a dds file on there for the tnt team and logo..i follow every step on your read me text..but i still can't get it to save as a dds file

1) 3DM NBA2K12 MOD tool and Nba2KX_ModTool 2k12 fox export/import graphic files and 3D structures.
2) Blender (with Python) to edit some of 3D structures
3) GIMP tuconvert graphic files from iff to png and visa versus
4) graphic editor (I use Fireworks Macromedia - it's very light and works very for this type of works)
4) Hex editor (I use Neo) to resize, move, change, disbale something, etc. - 95% of time I send HEX editing.

You may read a thread from previous year modder, there are some pictures (tutorial to imgaine how it works)

If you about green/black bar - yes, that is OK. Flyout bars are not touched yet.

Can you able to hex edit espn scoreboard stats, sarting 5, fouls appear on the bottom of the scoreboard?

I never made any video and even do not thinking to do that. I am very anti-social
But I will try to help you for sure.

Do not use GIMP for editing. Use it just for resaving files to diferent formats. DDS to PNG and PNG to DDS.
Open TXT texture and team logos with image editing application (photoshop, fireworks or any other what you have) - do everything here.
After you a ready PNG file that you want to put tot the game - open it with GIMP first. We need to convert it DDS.

Press SHIFT+CTRL+S (Save As)
New table will popup.
At the bottom 1cm above Help buton there is + symbol. Go there, Choose dds.
Save.
A new table will popup -Choose compression (I don't remember now is it DXT1 or DXT5 for logos)
Confirm.
