Change Team on myCareer mode?

Hello everybody!
This is going to be my first post and I hope I'm posting in the right forum. =)
I just wanted to ask, if there is ANY possibility to switch my 'MyCareer'-Player to another team besides requesting a trade?
I played 1 complete season (with every single game) so far, so I really don't want to start a new career - but unfortunately I seem to be completely unable to play for the team I want to.
Furthermore I got traded three times so far, but even if I only select the one team I want to play in, they are never interested in a trade.

The only other method would be externally editing the game with one of the Trainers, but that does run the risk of messing up your game so be sure to make a backup. I don't use those tools myself so I can't be any more specific, but you'll find more info on using them elsewhere in the Forum.
