Help! Cannot log in to existing account

Guys, need your help.... My HDD crashed the other day and now I got a new one... when I re installed my 2k13, the game does not allow me access to myPlayer account. I was able to log in through the website though. what do I do? I have an image backup of my old drive. is there a registration file there which I could copy and paste to the new one? Also, my saved games are on the image file. can I copy and paste it to my new hdd as well? Thanks in advance..

i know people have had issues with reinstalling and reusing accounts. Try contacting support.2k.com if the other posts on here dont help.

Can anyone else not access online right now? I bought it from the Amazon sale and was initially able to connect online, but after playing for a while then installing a global mod and Med's roster I have been unable to connect. I really want to try an online match in 2k13, having been so disappointed with 2k12.

I got the PC copy of the game during the sale also and my online has worked well but i have yet to put on a mod?
What global mod did you use anyways. Im trying to get back into things. Of course I already have Meds oustanding roster .
