How To Bring Retired Players With Roster Editor?

So, I downloaded the Roster Editor tool by Leftos and I'm kinda a bit confused on how to use it properly 
I want to bring Ilgauskas(ID 0067) to the FA section. But at a loss on how to do it.
Any help will be appreciated, specially some with the JaoSming humor

there is no humor in forum posts
you'd have to make a created player with his name/ratings/animations, everything, then add a CF to that player with the roster editor. he isn't in the roster, so you can't simply unlock him.
