Problem: I can not play games

Hi I have a problem, the NBA Live 08 will not let me play games only let me play with the all star game weekend at the stars and is boring play with the same players, is it because the TUP 12 that I downloaded from the same page? I say since I download the TUP 12 does not let me play my NBA Live 08
