Roster file exchange

Hello guys!
I have NBA 2K13 installed with it's original rosters. When I wish to play with the NCAA teams i just open my NCAA Roster file.
Is it possible to put some players from the original game files(ex. Lebron, Kobe, Carmelo) into the NCAA patch so that when I play with Syracuse I could have Melo in my roster?
Could someone of you guys please tell me how to do it, if it is possible at all, of course?

Thanks for the video. I did exactly as you were, but I still don't get it.
Maybe I should describe you everything. I installed NBA 2K13. Then I noticed that Kyle Singler isn't in the game, so I download an update on the actual rosters. I have download an NCAA 2K13 patch. You can play that patch so that you just load the NCAA roster file and nothing else, but all the college players are generic.
I download a list with player IDs from an user named DukeWX or something like that. I read that Singler ID is 1503, and after that I did everything like in your vid.
Do you know where the problem is?

I just noticed that there isn't any change in the roster file I edited. I put a player instead of a player from the NCAA roster, then I clicked on Save Players but it didn't save it.
Where is the damn problem?

obviously with something you are doing. don't expect me to respond to you asap and to even know what your issue is. Keep experimenting, that is all I can say.

Does somebody know my problem? I would be thankful if someone could help me with this.
