Jersey Patch Question/Problem

I just download a heat jersey pack and when I ran the game I saw that the jersey's number positions are unchanged it is still in the middle but the patch itself says that it fixed the position so I went to practice then freestyle just to see the jersey's number position and it is alright in the game it is just bugged in the menus and when editing a player.. So how do I fix it?
