Real Nba Player in MP Mode

Hello everyone, sorry if we have somewhere the same topic. But I want to ask everyone how can I add Nba players for example like : Devin Ebanks to My Player mode in order to start My Career? Thank you for all the answers. Good luck

yea CAL is the same thing just you use pros. also i hope you guys in Lithuania dont think Ebanks is a good player >_>
