I already read tutorials on how to edit in game jerseys, but how do I make one with rev30 texture?

Good luck trying to find this out. I've been asking everyone and there momma for the past 2 years and still havent got a reply(If you do find out please let me know)

They make their OWN REV30 Textures.... so your best luck is to make one also.

That makes since but doesn't help us on how to make one? Isn't that what the forums are for to ask how and show what you can do to contribute to make the game better? It would be great if someone could make a tutorial on how to make them.
