Help with Logos

Hello,
How can I change the logos from Creating Teams ?
Like in this Mod: http://www.nba2k.org/2012/10/nba-2k13-n ... od-v1.html
I tried it with 3DM Mod Tool but when I import the DDS files of the new logo i only changed mipmap 0 and in the game its mixed
Sorry but I'm not really familar with Modding..
