Already answered: use Leftos Editor or change player weight...

Where can I get his Editor?

Are you serious? :)

It works for players with a normal body type. What you have to do is download the roster editor and change body type of the players that you want to see wearing the long hexpad to normal.

already did that and player is already with normal body type , but not working :(

this is like 2k11 with long knee sleeves anyway it will be good though if roster makers do body editing for their rosters

not enough vertices, you can see the net has low polygon count, especially when the ball goes through the hoop. This game would be so much better (in graphics) if it had dynamic tesselation (not heavy on resources/gpu) which nvidia allows :/. 2k's pc ports are half-assed :(

Is it possible to replace the Knee Brace with your Hex Pad?

Dynamic tessellation is for surfaces so I don't get How it can be applied to the net....aside from this i agree 2k net look bad :D ...just wait for my next hex edit mod...

The net is also a surface, just with a transparent net texture applied to it. Not that much different from water and hair physics properties from the nvidia demos, so yeah, 2k console quality > 2k pc quality. At least we get to tweak a lot of stuff. We should annoy them for help for some developer tools or something for such bad quality lol.

The tesselation stuff is applied to water becouse you'll get high variation in terms of normals, this will result in a better looking surface when light is applied....this also can be very good for faces.

It's not the same thing for a net sorry :)

p.s.
I got a Msc in Computer Vision and I work as a rendering engineer so I know about those stuff :-)

It sounds like you figured out the 3D structure of the 2k net which is good news for all! Probably unlikely to be able to be manipulated but I hope you are able to add more vertices :)

P.S. I wasn't saying that tesselation could just be added to the net or anything. Or if I did, that's not what I meant :/
P.P.S. Go get hired by 2K and fix everything! lol

No I can't add vertices sorry :-(
But you'll see the shape will look different: bigger on top...then a smooth fade to the bottom....It looks great IMHO...
...2k net it goes linearly ffrom top width to bottom width...also it's not enought "wide" on the top part....

Yes I was trying to do something similar before

And I think the shape looks great too, but the only things I don't like is how it looks crumpled and not smooth like the real life picture you posted and an accurate net = baggy clothes, but nevertheless I'm still using it, because it's the best :D

No that's the point: I don't want "baggy" clothes....there are 4 hex values that control this aspect: I think I found the perfect blend between large net and "not so baggy" clothes...IMHO It looks really good....

Hello maumau78, your rim looks great, but when you release V2, can you please include a version without the baggy clothes stuff? I only want the realistic rim and net.

The rim and net model looks great but I hope V2 fixes the shot-clock (as previously posted) issue as well. Fingers crossed for a stiffer net with this release. (Y)
