GAME FREEZE ISSUES!!

I dont know why but my game keeps freezing at the main menu section! I went as far as uninstalling then reinstalling the entire game, then I could play a full game but then when I come back to the main menu it freezes again forcing me to restart my computer! I am not sure what to do. Can someone help me?

for funs, try turning off your internet and see if that fixes it. since it has to do with the menu, I'm thinking its an error when the game tries to update its files online.

I'll try that and let you know how it goes.
