Good to see another story from you. I'd suggest Houston, since it's not necessarily a popular team around here and since I won't be doing an association with them in 2K13. I'd also like to see if you could make Harden and Lin All-Stars.
If not the Rockets, then definitely the Pacers. They are on my shortlist for a 2K13 association as well.

Indiana and Houston, its good to see this section being active again.

I think a Houston story would be fun.

You've previously done Miami and Milwaukee, so I think you're due for a Western Conference team. So I'd suggest either Denver (naturally) or Houston from your list. To throw another out there (I'm getting a little repetitive on this one), I really want to see someone do Utah.

+1, make Omer Asik a star

Try memphis. I believe few changes without moving the key players will make them contenders

If based on the top choices i go for denver

Yes, it's Houston.
As I'm looking at the roster, I have a huge logjam at back-up PF. I'm probably gonna package a lot of guys they got in hope of Dwight (Jones, Motirjunas, White) for picks. Wouldn't say no to Noel, Muhammed this year or more importantly, Wiggins or Jabari Parker next year.
First year will be mostly sim and don't be surprised to see quite a few trades. I'm keeping my key guys (Harden, Lin, Parsons, Asik, Patterson) though.

GREAT choice man. Hopefully my man Delfino can make an impact

ASIK AND DESTROY!!!!!!!

Great choice, Martti.

It's gonna be nice to see someone other than me with a Rockets story for a change.

Can't wait to see what you have in store for this team.

Good choice. A whole lot of assets on the Rockets and with Harden one of the best guards in the league.

Nice choice with the team. I am excited about how many stories are up in this section for this year!

Great choice. Hope you don't trade D-Mo, instead develop him. I don't like Asik that much. Good luck man!

Nice team choice, ditch Patterson move Jones or White in there.
Wed Nov 14, 2012 2:49 am
Patterson could be a bait, I'd need a solid PF. If I do get a good draft pick for Patterson, Morris can start easily.
Wed Nov 14, 2012 9:36 am
Give Terrence Jones some minutes! Best of luck. Something about Houston makes them a fun team to play with.

Glad you didn't go Heat or Bucks again. Rockets are a solid choice. You're right about the forward logjam. I think you'll like Parsons so keep him.

Parsons is awesome, he stays for sure.

Harden debuts with career-high, Rockets open with big win James Harden's first game as a Rocket was a memorable one, as he scored a career-high 43 points, 26 after the intermission to lead the Rockets to a win in their season opener.
Jeremy Lin also had a great debut, as he nearly picked up a triple-double, coming only 2 rebounds shy. The Rockets also got 15 points from Chandler Parsons and 10 from Marcus Morris.
The game was very close at the start, as there were 16 lead changes in the first half alone. The Rockets got some separation in the third quarter as Harden scored 16 points in that quarter. The Pistons still wouldn't give in, narrowing a 11-point deficit to 5 by quarters end.
In the fourth, thanks to big boosts from Delfino and Morris, the Rockets started the quarter with a 14-3 run. Omer Asik scored all of his 6 points in the final quarter to finish off the Pistons who once again clawed their way back thanks to 12 fourth-quarter points from Corey Maggette.

Good game! It's kind of weird though, those stats were pretty similar to the Rockets second game they had irl this year. I think Harden had like 45 and Lin was close to the triple double as well. Keep it up man, I'll be following!

Yep I was also going to say that it was too close to the real life game. It was a perfect simulation
Sun Nov 18, 2012 6:47 am
Nice win. The same happened in my season, Harden ripped the Pistons for 53. It's good to see videogames resembling real life.
Sun Nov 18, 2012 9:25 am
Nice association! Looking forward to reading more of these! OKC misses Harden baby!
