Recently I found out I have 2 different 2K accounts. One BryanChung (2K12) and another BryanChung84 (2K13). So I decided to remove one of them, that is BryanChung84. And I wanted to link BryanChung to my new 2K13. But after requesting BryanChung84 to be deleted, I have been getting "the 2ksports service is not available" error. Anyone got this issue too?

I have also contacted 2k support because the service shows as unavailable. Using process explorer, it shows that 2k13 has a live connection just like 2k12 did. Not only that, but the android app mynba2k can't even find my career file. If I get it resolved, I'll be sure to post it.

Oh no. I went to reinstall my NBA2K13 thinking I can recreate my account. But now it says CD-KEY already in used for another account. And that account was BryanChung84 that I deleted.

I cannot play NBA2K13 now. Please help me.
And 2K Support isn't replying.

@Bryant84 I did the same thing. Now I can't login online. I have asked 2k to delete my account, i wonder if that will release the CD key.

That happened to me when I tried to create a new account. Try to retrieve your account from the game. Can you login on the site at all?

when i try to login in the game - The Specified MyPlayer account does not exist
but i can log in to

Yeah I contacted 2K Support and they helped me with it. They took few days to look into my ticket though. They gave me a new CD-KEY. So all is good now.

I sent them an order invoice and CD-KEY written in request + scanned. I hope that'll be enough!

I have a theory that this something to so with our computers. When 2k12 and 2k11 tried to connect, it would show progress then say it was unavailable. One time my internet was down, I played and it didn't take the time to even look for a connection.
There was another program that did something like this. It wouldn't connect if windows showed a yellow icon on the network connection and you could fix it by repairing the connection. Even though other programs could connect to the web, this one program didn't like it if windows thought you weren't connected.
In the network connections page on windows 7 there are 3 icons-computer, network, and internet. I think I have an x between network and internet and that may be the problem.
