Request: Is it possible to change the Jay-Z 2K13 intro?

Hello everyone,


I was wondering wether or not it would be possible to change the Jay-Z NBA 2K13 intro to something else ?

You know the one you see at the beginning when starting up NBA 2K13? Would it be possible to have a different song / intro video ?

If yes, how would I go along to implement it ?

well, I copied over the boot_audio.iff from 2K12, so mine starts with "they playin basketbaaaall..." again. I also replaced the boot_movie.mov with the fla_06__.mov since its just quick and doesn't show anything.

If the video itself has audio ... would it be sufficient to just remove "boot_audio.iff" from 2K13 and replace "boot_movie.mov" with the .mov file I have?

Do I just delete "boot_movie.mov" and paste in another .mov file if I want to replace the intro video?

only if that mov file game from 2k13. it is some weird codec iirc that doesnt work with custom mov files or even those from 2k12.

That Jay-Z intro is really annoying - so what's gonna happen, if I remove boot_movie.mov? The game will crash? What do you think?

Unfortunately the game crashed...Too bad we cannot deal original game files in here, because I would love to get intro from 2K12 Actually I have never seen it, but it must be better I suppose...
