My Career mode: player name keeps changing every load

Big help needed. Everytime i load my career it keeps on changing its name to a different name and the other thing is i cant edit the generic face as well. I really need some help. Pls.

did you use a tool to edit your career at all?

Hi Jaosming. thanks for the reply. it gives me a default name already and it doesnt allow me to edit the face. And i havent used any tool yet to edit my career. Is there a tool that i can use. I need ur big help. pls. thanks again.
