NBA 2K13 Freezes at the intro!!

Hey, I have a problem with my NBA 2K13 game.

Whenever I want to play it, it just freezes at the intro screen (song). I was playing it yesterday and it was all ok, however, it doesn't work today. I removed the game completely, then installed it again, but I have no luck with it. I also removed my save files, but it still doesn't work.

Any fix?

It happens to me too, sometimes during the intro, sometimes during play. I can't even get through a complete game and it's fucking pissing me off. I'm on the verge of taking this POS back and trading it in. No excuse for this at all - great job 2K.

Unless someone around these parts has any additional ideas, you might want to refer that issue to 2K Support.
