theres a tool on modding way to import over the textures (but its in chinese), but for the headshape it doesnt seem to work so u will have to use nba2k mod tool for that.

I have tried using that 3DM NBA 2K Mod Tool V 0.4.83 but I keep getting an error and I have followed Jao's video to a T but no luck ill just wait until someone creates a new tool well at least I hope we get a new tool

I figured it out I was saving the files as png instead of dds

Although the tool of 2k12 is applicable to nba2k13,it has some potential problems.YouXia Workgroup is working on it.
