ok i present to you guys the final live 08 ENB settings. I've added a palette and effects on it. my specs are Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz, ATI 2600pro 512mb AGP, 2gb ram, Windows 7 SP1 32bit. i consider it awesome. happy gaming to all of you 
additonal notes: you may lower down your brightness settings to a level suitable to your eyes
