95/96 Season Roster Preview

Andrew here is the Sean Elliott i said i would make. The jersey is not correct, and shoe shown are by Jose'.

Gotta love this project. Always loved the idea of playing with rosters from the 90ties. It would be even better to input draft classes as the franchise progresses.

how long till it comes out? are we talking days, weeks or months?

Can't wait to play with either Smits or Sabonis. Think this time I'll play with a team with either a passing bigman or one with a jumper combined with a superstar powerforward like Kemp. I think'll go with tim hardaway on pointguard and then some roleplayers on sg and sf.

I would say weeks, possibly before the end of June or maybe the first week of July. Definitely as soon as it's in a fit state to release (I will definitely need to polish some player ratings).

Unfortunately I need some more faces and one jersey before I can finish up the roster. If anyone has some spare time to convert around 20 faces from NBA Live 2000, I'd be most grateful.

Since the faces are the high resolution art from NBA Live 2000, I'll put together a couple of batches and post download links here in the thread. That way you could download them if you'd like to help out.

OK, here is the collection of faces for conversion. The 20 faces I've selected are starters and key players.

I'm also in urgent need of a Dennis Rodman patch. Hopefully these files are of some use:

With all these done, I should be able to finish the 29 NBA teams, both All-Star teams and some free agents. After that, it's polishing, adding the Golden State jersey that frAnNn has kindly offered to make, and compiling the installation. I might get a couple of people to beta test it, then it will be available to the public.

I'm not keen on convert. I would like more if I could do a needed cyberface from scratch.

I could provide some portraits from NBA Live 96 as well - they're pretty good for cyberface patching. The Dennis Rodman download includes his Live 96 portrait.
