thats a nice try but try and make him more like this.... with out learning ebo editor its really hard to make rookies..... you need to find a headshape you can work with and then edit it to make it more realistic..... thats what i do..... the key is to find one that you feel already looks somewhat like who you are trying to make..... here is a better pic of darius miller

hahahaha.... yeah its tough.... i have to minimize out of the game constantly when im working on the headshape...... its not easy..... move a few verticies save headshape import into game, check in individual player mode.... back to ebo and it goes over and over.... lol takes me hours at times.... for me time is limited so some times takes me a couple days..... other days if its raining i dont work so thats when i spend alot of time on updates and get them done in one day.....

try using 512.... your textures will come out much better.... then you can downsize to 256 later and you will still keep some of the detail....

devilish.... i make all custom headshapes.... its not that hard.... you use uvmapping to know which verticies ur selecting..... highlight them in uv mapping and move them in the xyz plane..... good luck bro!!!!!!!!
