I'm betting they tried to but they might have had to rewrite their whole scaling system and tendency AI to match the 82games numbers exactly.

I can't speak to the AI implementation on the other side, but some people might have already figured out how to scale this stuff among other things.

This is becoming increasingly common. It's that being trapped between old media and new media.

Indie developers just post shit on their blogs and the twitters. Large publishers want massively controlled PR still that goes through "official channels" and stays as far away from their consumers as possible.

Yet they hire all these "community managers" (an insulting title if you think about it...not for the person, for the community) to go spam twitter 24/7 with zero content.
