Five years ago, a man married for 25 years who had six kids went to the hospital with a kidney stone and left with a piece of life-changing news — he was a woman.

Now, Stevie Crecelius — formerly Steve — is sharing her story. Steve was happily married to his wife and working as a photographer in Denver, Colo., when he learned he was intersex, born with both male and female anatomy.

“I had a kidney stone and we’re in the emergency room,” Stevie told Fox affiliate KDVR. “The nurse is reading the ultrasound and says, ‘Huh, this says you’re a female.’”

So Steve decided to begin living as Stevie — as a woman.

Five years later, Stevie lives happily as a woman. She takes hormones but has no plans to undergo gender reassignment surgery.

And she’s still married.

The couple still live together.

Bizarre that he could live his life that long without discovering that, I imagine that was quite a thing to hear in the ER. I'm surprised he/she was able to father six children though; I'm no expert on the matter but a quick glance at Wikipedia does mention infertility as being an issue with people who are intersex.

Someone must have really warped Steve Crecelius' mind all to the fiery pits of hell. Because, GOD, that is so ridiculous! Whoever told Crecelius that whopper of a lie must have sensed that he was in denial about his sexual orientation and thought that they were giving him a way out!...But no, Crecelius is not only making a fool out of himself, but his wife and children as well. He's making a mockery out of everything that is sacred to GOD and as a human being, a man, husband, and father!! STEVE Crecelius is such a pathetic fool for buying that same old equivalent adage to A WOMAN TRAPPED IN A MAN'S BODY scenario!! Oh, give me a frickin' brake!! Enough of the lies, paleeez!!

Trans would prefer to believe that that any objection to transgenderism is because we're all a bunch of spoil-sports out to ruin their fun, but the truth is we notice a problem: I will not tolorate a man with an intact *** prancing around the women's showers at my neighborhood pool where my 6 year old daughter swims merely because it hurts his feelings to be told he's a man.

Ah, the guy is not a woman, the guy is a freak of nature. Yes, that's right he's not an "intersex" (whatever the f*** that is!), he's a hermaphroditic freak. As to his decision to go female after discover of his female sex organs, no doubt that was influenced by the female hormones coursing through his freak body. Oh, did I mention, he's just a freak not a woman? Sorry all you media ***, I know you want to call him a woman 'cause it's so much more PC but it just ain't so.
