yes...this is the simply method to change all colors line, in HEX editing there is the respective code for the colors lines.
jaosming a request: can you add in this tutorial or in blender tutorial how to change the UV texture like you have made in your superb portland court???

.............I don't have understand your method and maybe this can help to fix the bugs on 3d editing

What if the float got these values?

EDIT: Tried the base converter and I got the same result which when you multiply you'll have 901. something therefore can't be used for the RGB values... and also I got the latest Hex Workshop do I have to get an older version to have the same result?

You need to know what e-002 means, basically just add 2 decimal places
so its 0.035370711 * 255 = 9.019531305 so about 9

Sorry, I don't understand this part. Could a better phrase be used? BTW, I'm using a different court but it doesn't seem like it matters, right?
