The FIBA scoreboard has a big flaw to begin with, lack of a shot clock, and Ariel seems to be out of the game for months now, so I don't think that's getting fixed anytime soon.

what enb do you use or recommend, i use a combination of behind shadows v2 and a chinese modder from BBalls, like to see what you use, i like darker mods

The yellow bars below the team names in the ESPN real? I mean do it really mean the timeouts left for each teams?

That's what they mean in real NBA games. What ahcoy is asking, I'm guessing, is whether they represent the timeouts left in 2K12 as well.
