*** To resolve any issues with players head not showing up, white arms etc. ***

This is occurring because you do not have a cyber face for that player

Example

Ivan Johnson in the latest roster has a player ID of 1785
I did not have a cyberface for Ivan Johnson
I downloaded one

I renamed it "png1785.iff"

I place it it in my NBA2k12 Root folder

No more freaky ghost or missing head

I know it is not rocket science for experienced modders and mod aficionados but I hope this might help some of you experiencing these issue enjoy this amazing roster

if i use this roster, what could be the biggest effects on my nba2k12?
i mean, i'll be using the portraits, cyberfaces, sliders, provided by albys. but i'll be using just this roster update, (since its more updated) plus i'll be using also the files from the "online data" from the official rosterupdate..

What effects will i get? what will be missing?

Sir, can you please update the rivalries? So it will be more realistic.

Changes:
Heat = Thunder, Bulls and Celtics

Miami's active rivals as of today are: Mavs, Knicks and Celtics/Bulls (Celtics more than Bulls for now, but they're getting worse every year and Heat will be playing the Bulls in Eastern Finals for years to come, so I guess people can have their own opinion there. But the other two are the real rivals, no question, and every real Heat fan knows that.

P.S. OKC and Heat played 3 times since the Thunder (and the Heat, too) became a contender, what kind of rivalry is that?

I have just been adding in cyber faces for missing players as I go using the cyber face editor and finding the player ID

Could you top it off with giving every player phshoes? I know taj gibson and cj watson on the bulls dont have their own pshoes on RR3. I think that's the easiest and most efficient way to get each player their actual shoe and leave room to be able to change them when they switch or a patcher makes a better version.

Also some teams accessory colors need tweaking, they appear to be a little washed up like 6ers, celtics, wizards, etc.

I was gonna start an Association today, glad I saw your post earlier!

Because I am kinda noob at patching the game and I see many words I dont understand , like "pshoes" etc, will it be easy to install your mods?

Damn it, why i started MyPlayer XD FAIL... but i hope sliders will do more of gameplay change than a roster itself, since roster is pretty accurate as it is in RR3
