And this also,I knew you didnt made the whole design and you just added the "NBA LIVE" caption and added some effects. I knew it coz this is my desktop background,I downloaded this and got it from an uncertain site.

What's wrong with this one??? Yeah youre right I just add the NBA LIVE and lighting in there... whats wrong with that? Man, all the pictures(images) in there are all came from the internet!!! And I just add/edit a little on the pictures. This is too much Man. As if all the pictures I used is came from here in this forum. The only I thing I used is the Logos of shockwave_r. I think that shockwave_r also using those images that came from the internet(is he taking pictures from the game?is he a photographer in the nba?)... I want peace not war!!! But you're choking me man. I respect you, and I just want is just a little respect from you! I know I made mistakes in doing these backgrounds, but all I want is to contribute to this forum!!! And one thing more I don't know that TUP12(regarding the creation of shockwave_r) is still working. Thank's Man you pissed me off.

I love to release these stuff Sir AMenace. If Sir Andrew gave me a signal, I will release these backgrounds(this not for my own sake, this for those live players). I don't want to ruin the TUP12MOD(w/ the works of shockwave_r). There so many people out there asking, those background he made are really great and awesome! But! when will they going to release those backgrounds? When the 2011-2012 NBA Season ends? or When the NBA 12-13 Season starts? or worst When NBA Live 13 has already release a PC Version?

One thing more... If one author don't want to see his work(s) being used by other people, then why did he share his works to the public?

If Sir Andrew gave me permission, I will release these background soon! Or I will just give these to you Sir AMenace, Maybe you can include these stuff to your TUP12 Project Sir.



***I will be out for severel days, When I'm back I will check if these was permitted to release. If not, then I should stop doing things like this.

You shouldn't be encouraging others to release somebody's work without permission from that original author, shockwave_r your co-member of Team TUP. You are suppose to be protecting them. First off, I was referring to the backgrounds that weren't made by shockwave_r. The ones that were off the internet. Those were what I was asking for a release of. And we should be encouraging new patchers, not putting them down for every mistake they make. That's what I'm trying to get at here. We don't often get new people who work on updates for Live 08, and as I think I've been around this forum longer than each of you guys here, I can say that not very often this happens. It's good that Kivx is actually making updates, and he brings a lot of pressure off me to make jerseys.

You are right however about the fact that we do need to communicate to each other about how the progress of TUP 12 is coming along. And the last thing we all need is for the mod not to be released cause we all have beef with each other.

I don't think TUP won't be release. I'm 120% Sure that TUP will be release regardless of the beef you guys have in TUP.

It seems like there is a fair bit of beef going on here haha.
