Yeah, they don't have a great deal to offer in return to a team that's looking to rebuild...except Howard, which would defeat the purpose of acquiring Nash in the first place. Excellent move if they can pull it off though.

They could have Hedo (again).

I'm guessing they might just pass on that.
Wed Feb 29, 2012 12:13 pm
who knows? Hedo will explode in the playoffs

You'd want to hope so.

Literally?! Could be useful if he had a life assurance

His salary is instantly removed from the Magic's cap if that happens.
Thu Mar 01, 2012 10:35 pm
are the two of you are nuts? if you watch the Magic games, Hedo is the one who help the team when they need him especially in the third quarter.. so who knows? who knows boy? just who knows?

Howard wont be traded because he does not want to. He just intented the GMs to make a roster change to have one
last shot with the Magic this year.
Even if the Magic can pull off a trade for Nash or even Monta Ellis, Howard won't stay in the offseason. He don't want a trade to the Nets before the deadline, because his
new team has to give up too much to get him.
He just stays with his vague statements until the summer and then to sign with the Nets. So he has another run for the Playoffs this year, which might be a first or second round exit and then go for it with his new town and a new team.
Well this is very pessimistic but it might be the truth.

There's some russian billionaire who might not just give D-Will away (for free), so the question is: what do the Magic have to give if the want to trade for Williams?
Fri Mar 02, 2012 1:20 pm
nothing really !!! but as well as the Nets if they want to acquire Howard.
If you would team up Howard and Williams, which team would you choose to make a better title run, Nets or Magic?

Orlando were up by 14 midway through the 3rd, and lose...
YEAAAAAAAHHH!!!
Reason being I have a multi bet on for the Thunder, Clippers and Heat to win, I put 20 on for a return of $83.70. It's looking good.
Fri Mar 02, 2012 3:50 pm
That's because of Turkoglu's effing Carmelo Anthony-like Defense.
Here's a good news though... Dwight will not exercise Early termination with Orlando if they would acquire Steve Nash before trade Deadline
Dwight asks for Nash... Jameer says OUCH long time buddy

you're surprised?

have you forgot against the Celtics?

that's the disadvantage when their 3pt shots aren't falling they can't create their own shots and for their last night's game, Durant was just unstoppable that's why they lost.

Who will the Magic give up? Nelson and J-Rich? Poor Suns.

I guess it wont happen.
Sun Mar 04, 2012 11:37 am
I would rather give up J Rich to get Ellis

I'd say that's a pretty good prediction.
Tue Mar 06, 2012 11:24 pm
How about the prediction that the Magic will successfully land Nash?... NOT Monta Ellis, Josh Smith, NOR Igoudala
Tue Mar 06, 2012 11:29 pm
NBA insiders believe that Orlando will land Nash.. Warriors wants Dwight included for Ellis..
Wed Mar 07, 2012 12:36 pm
Guess who just upset the Magic?
Wed Mar 07, 2012 12:41 pm
they sucked

what a mess

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1093 ... in-orlandoHoward wants to "Work it out" in Orlando

Does this mean that they are close to acquiring Nash or another superstar?
Wed Mar 07, 2012 4:56 pm
I guess it's possible, but as the article says:
The fact Howard said he wants to work it out in Orlando doesn't really tell us much, but it at least shows that he's thinking about the possibility of a future with the Magic.
If it's true then that alone is pretty good news, though it doesn't mean a big deal is necessarily imminent.
