95/96 Season Roster Preview

Well, my main concern was the courts (which have all been taken care of - huge thanks to KD and Gerald ), but if you'd like to contribute some arena updates, I'm happy to use them.

Trust me Andrew, Daddie has got some quality courts there for ya.

i look forword to 95-96 season patch.
i making magic 95-96 team 3.0 ver. and bullets some player.
once i made 50's ~90's missing players nba live 2000. and other patcher's 2000 patch. (good quailty)
now i have not enough time. so i can give 2000 patch images.

* i looked your 95-96 screen shot.
some jersey neck is wrong. (i think you know already.)
it needs to tfix eam gear.dbf neck part.
anyway it's great. i contribute somethings.

Yeah, I've forgotten to change some of the necktypes on the jerseys. I've been fixing up details like that in between creating players and adding the art updates as I receive them, but I've still got a few more to go.

If I could use some of the Bullets' 96/97 cyberfaces, that would be great, and very much appreciated.

Like Repole's street mod doesnt work i cant install the damn rosters.

You do realize it adds the teams on, not creats a whole new roster right? so you have to have a roster in the 000 slot before installing....

i hope both old court and current court can use by roster loading.

Right now, the courts will be overwritten by CustomArt, but uninstalling the court patches will restore the original courts.

wow Andrew i haven't post for almost 3 months...and ur still working at this roster patch... I know it will be released as one of the most (if not the most) perfect roster patch...this is filled with great detail.. Way to go Andrew

Just a quick update for all the people who have been loyally following the development of the mod (and for those people who've just found about it too ):

I'm about halfway through completing the Grizzlies' roster. After that, I only have Milwaukee and 8 All-Stars (4 for each squad) left to complete. After that, I would like to add some free agents and fix up some ratings and accessories. I'm also continuing to add cyberface updates as I get them. I've also been able to convert some of the original cyberfaces from NBA Live 2003 for guys like Danny Manning and Steve Kerr.

The only jersey I don't have is Golden State's. KD has sent me the last of the courts and there's about three or four patchers working on faces, so the art is pretty much taken care of (but again. if anyone else wants to contribute some face patches, I'll be glad to use them ).

Andrew,I can only install the game with custom art on?

That's correct - the official patch will be required.

Andrew, is it possible to have an option to just use the art files and not install the rosters? plz? can't wait for the release!!!!!!!

You mean having the rosters and art installed seperately, or a completely seperate patch that only installs the throwback court, jersey and face patches? I mean, the whole point of the art is to enhance the roster; with all the contributions, this patch is going to be far better than any effort I could have mustered alone.

Just waiting on some faces before I can keep creating players. Edging closer and closer though...just one and a half NBA teams to complete, 8 All-Stars to add (4 for each squad), some free agents, the Warriors' jersey patch, then the installation, some testing, then I can make it public.

This looks to be probaly the best patch, ever even thought of, gr8 work every 1 that is envolved, keep up the good work

At the moment I'm using the default Raptors' 95/96 throwbacks, but I'm always happy to use jersey patches with updated textures and whatnot.

I'll certainly consider it - I do have Magic on the Lakers' IR so moving Nique to the Free Agent pool certainly isn't the question, since he was back the following year. That's something I can do at the last minute though as he's already in the game as a Legend. I'd like to get the final players created and ratings polished before adding the final touches (such as additional free agents).
