Everythings Magic. Season 11-12

ASSOCIATION OVERVIEW.
I'm getting so sick of waiting for the season to start and see where all the players sign etc that I thought I would just get an association started.
Anyway i've always been a firm believer that once you start an association it no longer is linked with real life events.
Therefore it shouldn't matter if players aren't on the teams the end up on in real life to start the season.
Once again I will take the reigns of the Magic, this time round it will be a lot more interesting as I first have to decide what to do with Dwight.
Will I trade him? And if so, to whom? Will I trade for help? And if so, who would I be able to get with the mediocre trade assets at my disposal.
Who will I use the Amnesty Clause on? Or when will I use it?

Also I will be manually implementing some FA signings and pre season trades. I will give a run down of these at some stage in the near future.
I will also make the use of some teams Amnesty Clauses as once the association starts it will become a lot harder to do (I think, correct me if I'm wrong)

ASSOCIATION GOALS.
I thought it would be a cool idea for me to post some of the goals I have in this association.
These will be updated as suggestions are made that I like or whatnot and as different things eventuate during the association.
So if you think of anything that fits in with the association speak up! Obviously some goals will be harder than others.

Short Term (Current Season)
♦ Find Dwight some superstar help.
♦ More to come as the season progresses.

Long Term (Season two and beyond)
♦ Win a championship.
♦ More to come as association progresses.

I say keep him and hope for the best. The best offer you could deal him for is Noah and Deng (and fillers), but I think he's unlikely to walk in 2K12 (or is it 2K11?).

Keep him then even if he does walk tank the next season and hope for a good draft class, but in all of my associations the Magic have always resigned Dwight within the first few weeks.

Should be a good team to use this season. Amnesty Turkoglu and trade for Nash.

Playing on 2k12, yeah usually it says he is thinking about resigning. To be honest if I did trade him I would be wanting to rebuild fully, so Noah and Deng wouldn't do it, probably the OKC or LAC offers seem the best to me.

That is reassuring then. IF im going to tank for a draft I would rather it be this coming one, its stacked and would be a sure fire way to rebuild quickly.

I like the idea of trading for Nash, probably a pretty reasonable move for both teams, plus Phoenix owes Orlando for last season's raping. Additionally he is a low risk move as his contract is up at the end of the season isn't it?
Not sure about Turk, would maybe prefer to Amnesty Arenas as Turk would be easier to trade.

Then will decide where I go from there, at this point kind of feeling like trading Dwight after his recent prima dona actions. Might rebuild the Magic in my own vision, with players that are grateful to play in the singlet

I really like the idea of Bargnani playing for the Magic. Would be like a slightly taller Rashard with his weaknesses negated by Dwight.
